About The Priest

He served as the Chief Priest at Rajani Raja Temple from 1994 to 2007 and is a distinguished expert in Agama Shastras, recognized as an Agama Chakravarthy.

Trained at the Palani Agama School, he has conducted Kumbhabhishekams for hundreds of temples across Chennai and surrounding areas. During his tenure, he introduced several significant rituals, including the Sri Ayyappa Pada Pooja, the worship of Lord Vinayaka with 1008 Modhakas on Sankatahara Maha Chaturthi, and the Nataraja and Full Moon Ambal Abhishekams.

He led the temple’s Kumbhabhishekams in 2002 and 2015 and continues to assist in rituals, fostering spiritual growth and strengthening the temple’s community.
